Imago Transitions was founded in 2002 as an extension of its parent company: Happy Homes Management Services, Inc. (www.happyhomesmgt.com).  Both companies were designed by Kathy Phinney to provide services for the Elderly, and Physically and Cognitively Challenged.

Kathy  is a Mother, a Registered Nurse, a Certified Life Coach, a Teacher and Transformation Catalyst, and a Wilderness Guide. She has served the dying, people who have experienced cult abuse and many forms of addiction, and the mentally ill. Kathy has over nineteen years of clinical experience in ICU, Home Health Care, and Psychiatric specialties. Kathy has traveled extensively, and is an advocate of honoring the wisdom and guidance offered to us by the Primary Peoples of this planet. She is passionate about working with those who are answering the call to expand and shift personal and global realities.

Motivated by a commitment to help people during major life transitions, Kathy and the Imago Transitions Team combine Clinical Skills, Coaching Techniques, Outdoor Leadership Experience, and extensive, world-wide travel proficiency to provide expert travel counsel, coordination, and support for Elders.
